What is Age Regression?

Hypnotic Regression is a hypnosis technique to facilitate subconscious remembering of your perceptions and feelings caused by events, people and circumstances associations. This procedure is facilitated during a session in the professional hypnotherapy office under a supervision of certified professional hypnotherapist. The purpose of this technique is to reframe the past negative reactions, feelings and perceptions in order for you to release the feelings associated with the cause and for you to begin to feel better and to progress toward your goal. The purpose is for you to feel better and this is normally fulfilled immediately after the session, so no harm in this, do you agree? There will be no reviving of harmful circumstances or painful events or reliving the pain. No need for this. Why use hypnotism to help yourself heal and not use other types of professional help?

Hypnosis is the fastest way to achieve what you need to achieve, and the safest way for you to come out of this procedure happy and healthy. Medical  - psychological, and psychiatric fields manage illness or un-wellness by measuring behavior against somebody else's standards, established universally, regardless of your own life, and through conscious perception, which in reality leads to suppression. Hypnosis deals with personal feelings in the subconscious through uncovering techniques of regression.  Traditional "talk" therapy usually takes months and even years and often is not effective. Hypnotherapy deals with a problem with the short term therapy, and in several hours (not years!) you may find yourself free from all those symptoms. In fact hypnosis is the shortest and usually most effective therapy since the beginning of time.

Age Regression - What Happened Back When We Were Kids?

Age regression takes one back through the lifetime to discover answers to problems. Though it may appear that most problems have their roots in past lives, the fact is that the majority of problems are caused by events that happened in the early years of the present lifetime.

The minds of children from birth to early teens, particularly during the preschool years, are very susceptible to programming. During those years the brain operates on the same dominant frequencies that are achieved during conventional hypnosis. This means that a child before the age of 12 is usually in the altered state similar to the state of hypnosis all or most of time of his/her life. Therefore, a child’s mind is extremely open and vulnerable to suggestion. It will accept as fact, without using any logic or reason, any information presented, particularly that which is repeated several times. Recent research even indicates that a baby’s mind is affected by music, voices and other outside sounds and conditions during the last few months of pregnancy.

Many of the problems involving poor self-image and lack of a sense of self-worth can be traced to happenings during those sensitive ages. Things as varied as health problems, some learning problems, eating disorders, failure patterns, phobias and behavior problems can be the result of thoughtless words and actions directed toward young children. Likewise, success, positive attitudes and self-confidence can be the result of positive attitudes expressed to young children. If a child is repeatedly told that he is dumb or stupid or can't learn, or can't do anything right, then he may have the mind of a genius but function well below average. If a child is left alone to feel the feeling of fear or sadness, left without reinforcement that the parents are near and love him/her, the fear overrides the love given in later (or earlier) years, and impedes the ability to receive love later on in life. On the other side, if a child is constantly reinforced with statements that he can accomplish anything he sets out to do, that he can learn anything he wants to, then there is every chance that he will be self-confidently successful.

Negative imprints are a common case and very often, it is easy to see the evidence of negative childhood programming in adults. "You'll never amount to anything. "You'll never be a man. "No one will ever want you. "No one can ever love someone like you. "You’re fat and ugly. "You’re skinny and ugly. "You’re clumsy.

We see the results of such statements in the men who are so concerned with proving their manhood, and in the women whose sense of self-worth revolves around an appearance which never meets their standards, or who can never be satisfied with their self-standard for achievement or success, people who never feel that anything they do is worthwhile, and who can’t accept that they are liked or loved.

Sometimes unusual or bizarre behavior patterns are set up in those early years. Sometimes, classic cases of aversion therapy, and negative programming affects the later years in life. The good news is that with the use of hypnosis and hypnotherapy we can uncover those problematic areas of behavior and "repair" the damage for good. The techniques of aversion therapy, bringing back the feeling when it first occurred, removing this feeling by working through the information and compassion of the adult  and the knowledge of the adult now, brought back to the little child back then, forgiving self, and others, removing the feelings of fear, anger and sadness when they first influenced the little child, using the techniques of age regression and hypnotherapy, has been a successful and popular.

Regression is offered as a session and independently from the rest of the healing process of series of sessions. All sessions are conducted in a qualified hypnotherapist's office in a safe and quiet environment. Sessions are private and individual. Age regression is part of the healing process and involves a one-two session healing. We tap into your subconscious mind potentially asking it to show you what you need to work on, and where the cause of your problem sits, continuously working on reframing and healing. All healing goes through hypnosis. Your subconscious can be very open and cooperative. You will feel great after each session. Sometimes sessions are quicker to be completed than others. Generally we allocate about 1,5 -2 hours for each session. We cannot predict what you subconscious mind will need to show you. Usually you would "take a moment" and "process" what you have learned in the session, and perhaps you won't even need to come back. Writing in your journal before and after your sessions helps tremendously. You will be doing most of your processing and thinking work differently thereafter at home in the privacy of your own pace and time. Sometimes you need to come back to complete the process, but after three-six months, or maybe two or three weeks. Attending to your own process and healing yourself, enhancing your self-esteem and growing to be who you wanted to be, utilizing the potential of you mind and training yourself through successful techniques of hypnosis to be who you were meant to be  - these are the purposes of our facilitating your hypnosis work with us.

Many people choose the healing in a package and it has been extremely successful for some to find a new job, for others to loose weight and find new love, and yet others, to enhance their self-esteem and heal their pains. FEES:

The full program involving regression and integration process for a new client requires at least two-three sessions, it is personal and varies from person to person.  A repeat client can accomplish a lot in one session of once-a-month maintenance (recommended).

Single sessions:

Generally session run at @100/hr.

1st session (2 hours) - $170 for beginning client

$300 for a double session (3 hour long) 

All sessions after @5pm and on weekends are @$200/hr 

Six session package $850 - 10 hours worth of spiritual work - YOUR complete restructuring of your life-style, includes positive outlook on life, homework through self-hypnosis, goal setting techniques, self-imaging for the future, creating new patterns in your thoughts, feelings and behavior, reinforcing through special techniques exercises and encouragement.

Buying a package saves you money if you want to work longer than one session, it does not obligate you in any way, you could decide you want to refocus and concentrate of goals now, or family relationships, we work through life coaching and goal setting here then. Note:

All sessions are approximately 1,5 hours long, so prepare to have sufficient time to arrive on time. Please arrive on time rather than arriving much earlier of your scheduled appointment. If you arrive much earlier, you may interfere with previous client's hypnosis session. Of course, if you arrive late you take time from your own session.

24-hour cancellation and rescheduling fee applies to all appointments, so if you are late or unable to make your time please call to inform or reschedule. The no-show, and late rescheduling fee is applied in the form of the appointment fee. Remember, you are paying for the time of your appointment. All appointments are booked over the phone with the credit card, or are prepaid over internet. Payment for the appointment is expected at the time of the appointment.
