This 2 hour training offers insight into confidence, self-esteem, and assertiveness. It enables the participant to connect with awareness of personal integrity.

The participant gains:

-Freedom to express
-Ability to feel confident in any situation
-Ability to allow others to express freely without feeling threatened
-A sense of personal well-being and security
-Ability to be self-reliant and independent
-Ability to assert preferences, and needs effectively
-Improved decision-making

What begins to emerge is a new consideration of identity as the participant makes new choices. This creates a high level of self-confidence, and self-esteem, yet allows for the same in others. No longer is there a necessity to prove anything to anyone, and the individual is able to live a life without compromise independently and in consideration of others
