So... What Is HYPNOSIS?
Hypnosis is a way of powerful communication to
yourself or others.
Hypnosis occurs when we get engrossed into an activity to an exclusion of
everything else around. When we talk on the phone, when we watch TV, when we
read a good book, when we talk to others, when we shop, eat, walk, ride on
train, bike, in a car, plane, or day-dream.
Hypnosis is a natural state of mind. In hypnosis you are in a
state of focused attention to the exclusion of your surroundings, noises,
thoughts, and conscious judgment. Ever get engrossed in a movie?
On average we experience a light hypnotic state in and out
through out an average day about 300 times!
Now, let's see
how hypnosis is useful.
Think
of what
you usually focus on. Are you sorting for what is exciting, or are you finding
in your life disruptions, negative patterns, limiting behaviors or people.
What
you focus on makes a whole lot of difference.
In
fact, where you put your attention there you get results.
Do you
wish you could do better at something you have not been able to accomplish on
your own before?

PROGRAM YOURSELF FOR SUCCESS, SATISFACTION AND
HAPPINESS
Most people focus on
what they can't accomplish, can't be... and what they need to avoid....
How about you shift
your focus to what you want: what you want to be, how you want to be and what
you want to accomplish, instead of what you don't want to accomplish and trying
to avoid.
What do you want to accomplish in your life?
