24-hour Cancellation Policy:

24-hour cancellation policy applies to ALL scheduled appointments and pre-registered and pre-paid workshops. If less than 24-hour notice given to cancel or reschedule your appointment you may be charged a fine applied to your next appointment fee, or your refund and  your complimentary sessions are waved.

Refund Policy

All classes are fully refundable because of storm weather, natural disaster and forte major. Transportation difficulties, personal emergencies and memory lapses cancellations are accepted with $100 NON-REFUNDABLE ADMINISTRATIVE FEE WILL APPLY TO ALL WORKSHOPS, except Hypnosis and Life-Coaching where non-refundable fee is $250. Cancellation notice more than 2 hours after the start of class is not accepted and you will be charged full fee.
