Jane - The real story of LBL

Jane walked into the office a little weary. She was not sure what to expect from the session of the Life Between Lives spiritual regression that she had scheduled a month in advance. As she sat down in the comfortable client chair, she closed her eyes, inhaled deeply, and on the exhale reported that she had high expectations about the session. She also told me that she had been to another hypnotherapist, and that her previous session was not fulfilling for her.  She had been unable to receive her answers. I asked her to tell me more, and little by little she relaxed and poured out the story of her life.

 She had come into this life as an unwanted child. Not only was she unwanted by her father, but she felt that her mother was equally reluctant to bring her into the world.

 When Jane went deep into her experience, she met spiritually with her already deceased parents, and had a conversation with each of them This revealed their true intent.  Jane uncovered her mother’s true and unconditional love.  This love had been unexpressed throughout Jane’s life because, in fact, she had been unwanted by her father.

 Jane’s had an unhappy childhood, and she reflected on many sad occasions that had been her life. Jane lacked self-esteem, and did not have many friends.  She overcompensated by giving, and nurturing others and becoming a nurse in an elderly assisted living facility for many years. She hid herself from the public eye. The older she became the more consistent her behavioral patterns were.

 Jane spent ten years in a childless and abusive marriage. She was able to free herself from this unhappy bond, at great sacrifice.  She began another relationship, with an individual on the brink of personal bankruptcy.  In addition to the financial issues, her new husband’s medical condition, consequent hospital bills, and drug dependency, seemed to worsen her own loss of control over her life.

 In the time she spent reliving these events and patterns in her life, Jane realized that she desperately needed to make critical changes in order to live a life that would be fulfilling for her. As our conversation progressed, Jane felt safe, secure and comfortable in the professional environment where her session was taking place. She chose to proceed.

 Guided by a professional facilitator, Jane entered a trance-like state of meditative awareness.  Her focus was directed to an inner awareness of herself, and a state of higher consciousness.  Jane quickly achieved the flow of visualizations that would bring her the answers she sought.  She felt very aware of being in a Higher Consciousness state. She felt an emotionally rejuvenating, and beautiful feeling of unconditional love streaming from the Universe into her. This feeling of love lifted and cleansed her of the burden she felt that she had carried through her life here on Earth. Following the facilitator’s precise instructions, she felt safe and loved.  Jane expressed that she had never before experienced anything like it.  Then, ever so gently, she floated to the meeting point with her inner wisdom and angelic guardians. She met her guides.

 Jane easily followed the protocols of being in the experience of the Higher Consciousness state,. She was able to easily report back, in her normal voice, as she pleasantly relaxed with her eyes closed, as if she were sleeping, and merely talking in her sleep. The images came to her easily in the form of pictures, sounds, and sensations that moved through her. It was if she were reading an entertaining book, or watching a movie about herself.  She experienced a sense of having been in these reality years before. She knew everything about the place she was visiting, this Higher Consciousness state.  Jane was easily able to receive answers to her questions. The answers flowed, freely, and joyfully throughout the experience.

 She went on describing the place (Jane had no previous experience with this work.)  

 Jane continued her journey. She met with her mother.  Jane expressed the grievous hurt and disappointment she had experienced in her life to her. In response, her mother (who felt like her mother but did not look like her mother) held her in her arms, and emanating golden white light, replied with the following words:

 “I love you, I’ve always loved you”.

 Jane learned about the process of choosing her life mission, and her body, and environment (including choosing her parents) for this mission, and tears of joy were streaming down her face when she finally was able to uncover the purpose of her life and all the hardships she experienced so far.

 She communicated with her angelic Guide who called himself Guardian. They had a lively conversation as if they were friends for many years and it felt like this friendship and communication could continue far beyond the session. Jane became aware that this would be possible, and that the flow of information she was currently experiencing would continue through her now installed awareness of the Higher Consciousness state.

 Jane received positive suggestions through her facilitator, anchoring her ability to stay in her Higher Consciousness state at any time in her life, and continue to communicate with her Guardian.

 She received directions on how to:

• Live with an open heart,
• Be true to her inner soul,
• Live in truth,
• Be conscious and aware, 
• Be more in alignment with Higher Consciousness,

 and much more.

Her session went on for four hours. As she re-emerged she felt awake and alert, reenergized and generally wonderful. Her mouth stretched into a wide smile, and she continued to smile through the end of the session.

 A year later, I saw an advertisement for Jane’s workshop. She was conducting training at the new wellness center in her neighborhood. I decided to attend, and had a short conversation with her after the workshop. Jane was busy answering, replying and …laughing with the attendees.

 Jane moved on in her life, and obviously, if she had opted for any decision in her life, she was fully conscious how it worked with her life’s purpose on Earth. She was at peace with herself, and it shone brilliantly through her work.
