You will learn to use the techniques if you are the prospective mother and her companion who might be considering hypnosis for childbirth. This workshop helps educate and remove any fears about childbirth that the prospective mother might have concerning participation in a self-hypnosis childbirth program. Free recordings, tapes and handout material to assist you. Childbirth training is by scheduled appointment individually (as nowhere else)  in a conveniently located office in New York City.

A relaxed mind tells the body all is well, enabling just the right balance of hormones to be produced and optimizing the effectiveness of the contractions that dilate the cervix and allow the baby to be born.
